Websites4U Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Websites4U Affiliate Programme!
Our programme rewards approved affiliates for introducing businesses to our professional website creation service.
Affiliates can earn $50, $75 or $100 USD per qualifying website activation, depending on their performance tier.
These Terms & Conditions explain how the programme operates, how commissions are earned and when payments are made.
1. About Websites4U
Websites4U.co helps eligible businesses establish a professional online presence without paying an upfront website design fee.
Our standard offer includes:
- A professional website created at no upfront design cost.
- A website preview, normally available within 1–3 business days.
- An opportunity to review the website before deciding whether to proceed.
- No obligation to activate the website if the customer is not satisfied.
- Website activation through an eligible paid Wix hosting subscription.
The qualifying Wix Light annual subscription is currently advertised at approximately
$17 per month, billed annually at $204 USD, subject to Wix's current pricing, taxes, regional availability and eligibility requirements.
Affiliates must accurately communicate that website design is offered free of charge, but paid hosting is required to activate and publish the website.
2. Affiliate Registration and Approval
Participation in the Websites4U Affiliate Programme is subject to approval.
To apply, prospective affiliates must complete our Affiliate Partner Registration Form and provide accurate contact and promotional information.
Applicants may choose their preferred affiliate username, subject to availability and approval.
Once approved, affiliates receive a personalised referral link, such as:

Affiliate usernames must not impersonate other individuals, organisations or brands, or contain misleading or inappropriate wording.
Websites4U reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion, acting reasonably and consistently with applicable law.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme.
3. Affiliate Commission Structure
Our programme rewards affiliates for their lifetime number of verified, qualifying Wix website activations.
Starter Partner — $50 per activation
Applies to qualifying activations 1–4.
Growth Partner — $75 per activation
Applies to qualifying activations 5–19.
Pro Partner — $100 per activation
Applies from qualifying activation 20 onwards.
Affiliate performance is calculated cumulatively across the lifetime of their approved participation in the programme.
Higher commission rates apply from the qualifying activation that reaches the relevant milestone. They are not applied retroactively to earlier activations.
Once an affiliate reaches a higher tier, they retain that tier under the current programme rules, provided their account remains in good standing.
There is currently no maximum number of qualifying activations an approved affiliate may generate.
4. What Qualifies for Commission?
A qualifying website activation must satisfy all the following requirements:
- The customer is genuinely referred through the affiliate's approved Websites4U referral link and can be attributed to that affiliate.
- The customer completes the required marketing assessment and is accepted for the website offer.
- Websites4U prepares the customer's website and provides an appropriate preview or activation opportunity.
- The customer purchases an eligible Wix annual hosting subscription through the specific activation or referral link provided by Websites4U.
- The transaction is successfully tracked, verified and accepted as a qualifying referral under the applicable Wix referral arrangement.
- The corresponding referral commission is confirmed as payable to Websites4U.
- The transaction is not fraudulent, refunded, cancelled or otherwise disqualified.
Commissions are not earned for website visits, link clicks, assessment submissions, website previews or enquiries alone.
A customer must complete a verified, qualifying activation for an affiliate commission to become payable.
5. Commission Payment Terms
Affiliate commissions are payable within 30 days after Websites4U receives the corresponding confirmed Wix referral commission.
This allows time for referral verification, payment confirmation and any applicable eligibility checks.
Payments will be made in USD using a mutually agreed payment method.
Any applicable payment processing or currency conversion fees will be communicated before payment.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with their own tax reporting obligations.
If Wix delays, rejects, reverses or withholds a referral commission, the corresponding affiliate commission will not become payable unless and until the underlying referral is successfully verified and paid.
Websites4U will not unreasonably delay payment of commissions that have satisfied all qualification requirements.
6. Affiliate Referral Tracking
Each approved affiliate receives a unique referral identifier.

When a visitor follows this link and completes the MarketingFix assessment, the affiliate identifier can be recorded with the submitted assessment.
Affiliates must use their approved referral link when promoting Websites4U.
Referral attribution is based on the tracking information successfully received and verified by Websites4U.
Tracking may be affected by technical issues, browser settings, visitors returning without the original referral link or other circumstances outside our control.
Affiliates must not modify another affiliate's referral identifier, falsely claim another person's referrals or interfere with referral attribution.
Where a referral is disputed, Websites4U will review the available evidence and determine attribution reasonably and in good faith.
7. Permitted Promotional Activities
Approved affiliates may promote Websites4U through legitimate channels, including:
- Facebook groups and communities.
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms.
- LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Websites and blogs.
- Email newsletters sent to appropriately consenting subscribers.
- Other lawful promotional channels.
Affiliates must comply with the rules of each platform or community in which they promote Websites4U.
Affiliates are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and complying with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy and marketing laws.
Affiliate promotions must clearly disclose the commercial referral relationship wherever required.
8. Prohibited Promotional Activities
Affiliates must not engage in:
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.
- Misleading or deceptive advertising.
- False claims about the website offer or hosting costs.
- Fake testimonials, reviews or fabricated customer results.
- Impersonation of Websites4U, Wix or another business.
- Unauthorised use of third-party trademarks.
- Fraudulent, duplicate or self-generated referrals intended to manipulate commissions.
- Unauthorised paid advertising that misrepresents affiliation with Websites4U.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Affiliates must not promise that customers will receive a website or hosting service entirely free of charge.
Websites4U reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and suspend affected commission payments while a reasonable investigation is conducted.
9. Customer Ownership and Service Delivery
Customers referred through the programme become customers of Websites4U for the purposes of the website creation process.
Websites4U manages the website assessment, creation, preview and activation process.
Affiliates are not required to build websites, provide technical support or manage customer onboarding unless separately agreed.
Affiliates must not make binding commitments, guarantees or contractual promises on behalf of Websites4U.
Customers retain responsibility for purchasing and maintaining their own Wix hosting subscription.
10. Affiliate Performance and Earnings
There are no minimum monthly referral requirements.
Affiliates can progress through the commission tiers at their own pace.
Affiliate earnings depend on the number of verified, qualifying website activations they generate.
Websites4U does not guarantee any particular level of traffic, referrals, activations or earnings.
Illustrative commission examples do not represent guaranteed results.
11. Programme Changes
Websites4U may periodically review its affiliate programme, including commission rates, qualification requirements and promotional policies.
Any changes affecting future referrals will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce valid commissions already earned under the terms applicable to those referrals.
Websites4U may introduce additional performance tiers, bonuses or promotional incentives in the future.
Any such incentives will be subject to their published eligibility requirements.
12. Suspension and Termination
Affiliates may withdraw from the programme at any time.
Websites4U may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for fraud, misleading promotions, abuse, material breaches of these Terms & Conditions or other legitimate business reasons.
Where appropriate, affiliates will be informed of the reason for suspension or termination.
Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable once the applicable verification and payment requirements have been satisfied.
Fraudulent or otherwise disqualified referrals do not qualify for commission.
13. Independent Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent promotional partners.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture or authority to enter into contracts on behalf of Websites4U.
Affiliates are responsible for their own business expenses, tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
Websites4U collects affiliate registration information and referral attribution data for programme administration, communications, fraud prevention and commission management.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Websites4U privacy notice and data protection requirements.
Affiliates must not collect, share or misuse customer personal information without an appropriate lawful basis.
Affiliate tracking does not entitle partners to access customers' private assessment responses or other confidential information.

The Websites4U Team
